With its recent introduction, the "Please Call me" service was mostly used by those within age groups 18 - 24 and 22 - 24. Older groups were found to be users of voice mail more than any the younger age groups. This is negatively correlated to buzzing, that is, those who buzz are less likely to activate the voicemail service. During the survey period the SMS service was used mostly by those aged between 35 - 44 (these are generally high cell phone users).
