What is the panel?

• The panel of respondents is a group of individuals brought together by Knotell to work with in marketing research surveys across Swaziland and internationally.
• Panel members come from different and diverse backgrounds.
• Panel members become the participants in most of the research surveys conducted by Knotell.
• Knotell frequently sends research questionnaires to the panel members to complete. You amy also be sent an email asking to fill in an interactive questionnaire on your inbox or on the "online surveys" section of Infoshopswaziland.
• For every member that is sent a questionnaire or participates in a survey there is an incentive.
• Incentives could be in the form of money or other commodities that could be of interest or beneficial to a panel member.

Why should you join the panel?

• Incentives: For every questionnaire that is filled and for participating in any survey, there is an incentive.

Confidentiality of panel members

• Identities of panel members will not be revealed. They remain concealed with Knotell
• As a member you will not be asked to participate in any survey without your prior approval or consent.
• Opinions of panel members will be respected at all times by the company.
