A majority (73.3%) of the younger age group, those between 22 - 24 years of age, reported to be looking for another job. Most of those within the oldest group in the analysis, 45 - 54 said they are not looking for another job. The graph shows that 43.6% of those between 25 - 34 years of age are looking for another job and 55.9% of those between 35 - 44 years are also looking for another job.
