During the Knotell Omnibus Survey, 28% of the Swazi based respondents said they like the Swazi Bank's payoffline. 21.4% said they like the Standard Bank one. 11.9% liked, "How can we help you" from (First National Bank) FNB and 8.5% liked Nedbank's payoffline. For the Swazi Bank's payoff line, Men were found to like it more than women, While more women liked Nedbank's payoffline more than men.
