Swaziland Electricity Board (SEB) the state owned and sole provider of power in the country is more than two decades old, has no known brands other than the company name (more about the research here). The company often communicates with the market. Its communication though, is mostly limited to announcements, features occasional press releases and notices. SEB's popularity is mostly due to its massive nature (more than 300 employees) and its monopolistic nature. There has been very little marketing effort from the company. In the past its marketing efforts have been limited to exhibitions in the annual trade fair, occasional road-shows and appearances on talk shows in both radio and television.
