

In a survey conducted by Knotell in January, CONCO, also known as Coca-Cola Swaziland was the last on the top-of-Mind list (more about the research here). This is not a surprise as many people are not exactly aware of the company's operations and what it deals with. Two decades old, with no known brands coming directly from it and very minimal communication, especially in advertising, the company's popularity remains with those who know it and are somehow associated.
The general populace is not exactly sure of its existence and whereabouts in the Kingdom. Probably its role of being a manufacture of raw material ( soft drinks concentrates) takes the spotlight away from it and gives it to the bottlers and distributors of the finished product. In actual terms, the company has more brands in the market (every one knows most of the Coca-Cola Company brands). For the simple reason that the company is not known as Coca-Cola Swaziland but rather as CONCO people do not see its association with all the famous brands under its care.
